It shocks me how many people go about their daily lives under the illusion that their everyday niggles are normal.. ? Wtf?
I love the.. “everyone has back pain”.. errrr no they don’t. I was recently asked to define what ‘HEALTHY MOVEMENT’ meant to me and I came up with this, tell me if you disagree.
‘Healthy movement is efficient, smoothly controlled PAIN-FREE movement through the individuals personal functional range of motion that can be reproduced time and time over’. Daily pain isn’t normal.. or is pain with sitting, standing, walking, running. All these basic daily functions require smooth coordination of multiple systems and muscle groups and small adjustments to imbalances may make a huge difference in your ability to perform them comfortably 🏃🏼♀️🚶🏼♂️🕺🏼💃🏼🏋🏻♀️⛹🏼♀️🤸🏻♂️🤾🏻♂️🏌🏼♂️🧘🏼♂️🚴🏻♂️
