Injury Prevention

Once you have got on top of your injury you will be left with a more concise maintenance programme.  This programme will be completed less frequently to help maintain strength in key areas specific to your previous injury with the goal to stop it from happening again.

Here's what to expect from your injury prevention plan:

Ongoing exercises are likely to be based on your unique lifestyle for seamless integration into your current exercise routine.  If you enjoy yoga, home workouts or if you visit the gym regularly, your physiotherapy exercises for injury prevention will incorporate your personal preferences. 

 

Once you have recovered from your injury, you do not need to continue regular appointments, however, you are welcome to book maintenance check-ups.
