2. Send two running videos

You’ll record two short videos of your running from specific angles and upload them for analysis.

​

3. Expert analysis

Your running technique will be reviewed within 48 hours (weekdays) to identify key movement patterns and biomechanical factors.

4. Personalised feedback

You’ll receive:

  • running technique cues

  • targeted running drills

  • exercises to improve movement control and efficiency

These will help you improve your running mechanics over the following two weeks.

5. Follow-up review

After two weeks, you’ll send two further running videos so we can review your progress and refine your cues or exercises if needed.
